Present AK Staffing services professionally

Schedule consultations for the director

Record call results and lead status

Maintain daily call logs and performance updates

REQUIREMENTS

Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Comfortable using computers and online tools

Prior sales or cold-calling experience is a plus

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)
• 1 years minimum call center experience (Preferred)

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Pay Range

PPM: $0.10/minute

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, AK provides a variety of benefits to employees (varies depending on contractors) including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. Individuals placed in the position as a contractor, are still eligible for incentives and a small range of benefits.
