The Project Coordinator supports the execution of AK's talent acquisition strategy and processes by performing a broad range of duties. Supports the Recruiting team, Hiring Managers, and Candidates to drive efficiency of procedures and a successful recruiting function. Responsible for talent acquisition team support, onboarding, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), vendor management, and other related systems support and assistance with recruitment marketing-related projects and events.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Recruits and acts as ATS administrator; supports all system-related needs, issues, changes, etc. Trains the Talent Acquisition team on any system updates, recommends process improvements, and completes periodic testing and auditing of the system to ensure proper functionality and data documentation. Audits ATS records and reports for accuracy of data.

• Onboarding of new team members.

​

• Maintains online tools and recruiting resources in the Manager Recruiting Toolkit, including the recruitment process overview (SOP) handbook. Updates documents as appropriate, creates custom collateral pieces as requested, updates and communicates calendar of networking and job fair events to managers for possible attendance.

• Supports coordination of attendance at job fairs, schools, and conferences; works in partnership with the Recruiter and Marketing to create hand-outs and materials, gathers items for recruiting events and manages shipping, etc.

• Assists recruiters in researching sourcing avenues (i.e., websites, associations, job boards) for various positions. Reach out to healthcare associations, schools, and vendors to post jobs and create partnerships.

​

• Supports pre-employment processes of new Team Members from acquisitions and joint venture partnerships; creates candidate profiles in ATS, uploads job descriptions, supports candidates with technical issues, and may create offer letters, etc.

• Assists with TA related metrics and reporting. Supports monthly recruitment charge back reporting; determines charges to functional groups, manages recruiter incentive reporting, and other monthly and quarterly reports as needed.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associate’s Degree, Business or Communication, or related area preferred.

• Experience may substitute for education.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated interactions at multiple levels within an organization.

• Careful attention to detail, strong organizational abilities and proven ability to manage confidential information.

• Strong skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Strong desire to understand HR systems functionality, multiple system interfaces and processes, and outcomes.

• Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple, concurrent deadlines; project management exposure preferred.

• Previous experience with iCIMS or similar applicant tracking system preferred.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, AK provides a variety of benefits to employees (varies depending on contractors) including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. Individuals placed in the position as a contractor, are still eligible for incentives and a small range of benefits.
