Q: What type of clients do your staffing agency work with?

We service a variety of clients, such as: transportation, healthcare, sales, technical support, etc.

Q: How can I get the $100 referral bonuses?

To receive the referral bonus, you must be a current AK Staffing Agency contractor/employee. The person you refer must disclose your name either on the application or to a staff member. The individual you refer must work a minimum of 5 weeks with good standards. The $100 Referral bonuses are unlimited; you can refer as many individuals as you like!

Q: How long does the hiring process take?

The hiring process is pretty straight-forward. It consists of four unique steps, and we communicate effectively through the entire process.

Q: Why should I work with your staffing company?

We focus on placing individuals in positions that best fits their qualities, skills, and background. 
Q: What are your hours for support?

Our agency hours are Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM CST. However, we have support for our agents 24/7.
Q: Where can I find and search for positions in my area?

You can view all job openings on the job board.

Q: How long are the contracts?

Contracts can last as long as three to six months, which rely on the client's needs. Some contracts can potentially last two to three years.
