Call center agents that support this program will be providing customer service and inbound renewal sales support to customers via the phone.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Provide high-end, white-glove support to very large CPA firms who do personal taxes for their clients.

Interact with users via phone, responding to customer service questions and/or renewal questions.

Research, analyze, and determine an appropriate course of action for customers; recommend additional services and add-ons as applicable.

Be a positive representative; take a caring and empathetic approach to customer interactions.

Articulate how to use the software product accurately and efficiently to resolve customer inquires on the first contact.

Provide quality customer service while demonstrating the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve inquires.

Offer analytical and organized resolutions and find a sense of enjoyment in troubleshooting, critical thinking and problem-solving.

Secure the firm’s commitment to renew the software.

$14.00 Hourly

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, AK provides a variety of benefits to employees (varies depending on contractors) including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. Individuals placed in the position as a contractor, are still eligible for incentives and a small range of benefits.
