Inbound calls to provide customer support, by responding to questions, resolving issues, and maintaining customer relationships.

​

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responding to inquiries: CSRs answer customer questions via phone, email, chat, or in person. They provide accurate and complete information and respond quickly and professionally. 

  • Resolving issues: CSRs work with customers to resolve complaints, grievances, and other issues. They may need to escalate complex issues to managers. 

  • Processing orders: CSRs may process orders, payments, or returns. 

  • Providing information: CSRs provide information about the company's products and services and may help customers find the best options for their needs. 

  • Maintaining records: CSRs may maintain accurate records of customer interactions. 

  • Building relationships: CSRs engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to build lasting relationships. 

  • Meeting targets: CSRs may work towards personal or team targets by explaining the benefits of additional products and services.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

• High School Diploma or GED

$12.00 - $24.00 Hourly

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, AK provides a variety of benefits to employees (vary depending on contractors) including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. Individuals placed in the position as a contractor, are still eligible for incentives and a small range of benefits.
