As a Customer Support Representative, you are responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of their company. Their duties include answering phone calls from customers for the Pledge Drive; answer questions, participate in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics and maintain expert knowledge about company products or services to best help customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing introductory information to new customers

Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services

Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases

Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services

Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions

Escalating queries and concerns

Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service

Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions

$15 - $19 hourly ($0.20 - $0.35 TPM)

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, AK provides a variety of benefits to employees (varies depending on contractors) including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. Individuals placed in the position as a contractor, are still eligible for incentives and a small range of benefits.
