RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct virtual training sessions for new agents

  • Teach cold calling techniques and appointment setting

  • Review call scripts and best practices

  • Assist agents with understanding systems and workflows

  • Answer questions during training sessions

  • Provide basic feedback on agent readiness

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous call center experience (required)

  • Experience in training or coaching agents (preferred)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to lead virtual sessions

  • Knowledge of cold calling and sales techniques

​

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

• 1 years minimum call center experience (Preferred)​

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)

​

SCHEDULE

  • As needed (Temporary)

  • Flexible scheduling

​

Pay Range

(Payment structure will be discussed and agreed upon prior to training)​

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, AK provides a variety of benefits to employees (varies depending on contractors) including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. Individuals placed in the position as a contractor, are still eligible for incentives and a small range of benefits.
