Inbound and outbound lines for customers needing Roadside Assistance set up, status updates for existing cases, and Partner escalations for VIP customers.

Please note: All systems, certifications, and documentation are in English. However, you will need to assist customers in Spanish.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and handle Inbound Calls to completion; make Outbound Calls as needed; communicate with customers, service providers, and partners to ensure such parties are kept up to date; and release the cases once the customer has been assisted.

  • Provide status updates to customers, service providers, and partners as needed.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Update the active case with new information (drop location change, customer cancel, change case details, etc.). lines.

  • Displays patience, empathy, an ability to manage stress, the ability to work under pressure

Requirements and Skills

  • High school diploma/GED

Pay Range

$13.50 Hourly

 

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, AK provides a variety of benefits to employees (varies depending on contractors) including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. Individuals placed in the position as a contractor, are still eligible for incentives and a small range of benefits.
