This 1:1 session is designed to help you prepare for certification successfully. We will review: • Certification expectations • Attendance requirements • Client-specific preparation tips • Mindset & professionalism • Schedule planning Please review your onboarding packet before booking. This session is for clarification and strategy — not basic onboarding steps.
Cancellation Policy
✅ 24-hour cancellation required, or you will have to wait 30 days to reschedule. ✅ No same-day bookings ✅ Limit to 1 booking per week per agent ✅ Automatic email reminder (24 hours before) Please arrive on time. Sessions will be canceled after 5 minutes if you do not attend. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking access.
